LOL!

hopefully the first of many brilliant tron parodies!
this was brilliant.
back to basics newgrounds humour without being overly gross and stuff
none of that dry sarcastic stuff I've seen alot of here recently or touching meaningful animations. not that they're not brilliant either.
just that every now and then we need a good parody:)
keep it up and clean up some of the art :)

zappawadda responds:

I will do that when I release my parody of "The Black Swan".

I really liked it

i hadn't seen episode one or two but thought this was pretty good graphics were good
voice acting was pretty good I don't know what the other guys were talking about your mic quality wasn't amazing but the voice acting wasn't terrible and it pretty much worked with the overall aesthetic
there was only a few problems i could see you should add more smoothing to your brush work in flash 40 or 45 usually looks best and your backgrounds could do with some improvement too!
keep it up I'm off to watch part one and two now!

SirReginald responds:

I'm not really a fan of smoothing...but thanks anyway

GOOD

nice love the fact batman has a shower with his mask on :p
use of samples is good for audio
art was simple animation was simple and effective
altogether nice humour and presentation
your flash size is off though the white bars at the bottom and top really take away from the feel a quick edit should fix that though!

RobsonStudios responds:

well the size thing is pissing me off! I made it in 1920 by 1200 stupidly not knowing there was a size limit, and i dont know the perfect math to make it smaller? do you? lol

LOVE

quite the brilliant series
this wasn't as good as the others but the david blaine (blayne?) pieces were genius
I love the animation humour style audio
I'm trying to think of some constructive critiscism but all i can think is needs to be longer just a bit
stay cool
fiachra

aasimpy responds:

thanks! really appreciate the compliments. thanks for watching, flachra!

FAT GIRRAFFE!!

really like this the style reminds me of some old cartoons that used to be shown on the bbc good luck in uni!
you really have the skills
the music is brilliant too
only criticism i have is your use of the line tool
I felt a continuous solid line rather than a rough scattered line would have worked
I really liked the skeletons
however some of the backgrounds weren't brilliant
plus a play button would have been nice rather than it looping around once its done
keep it up looking forward to seeing more of your work

Spune responds:

Thanks a lot. :) Most of the things you mention was intentional, to give it a certain look, but I admit it was sort of inconsistent in quality.

But I hope I'll have lots more cartoons coming soon.

GOOD....however lacking

wow I loved the animation clean sweet pretty good looking
okay yeah dragged out a bit I was all like if it's dragging out this much there's gonna be an EPIC punchline.............and then it was like no punch line WHAT!
that lost you alot of marks I still really liked this for the animation and the voice acting (and the choons) but not that funny I know it was supposed to be "senseless" but it just seemed pointless instead
work on your humour and your story and plot please!
good luck with future efforts and keep it up!

Skeenee responds:

Fair comment, thanks for the constructive criticism mate!

Working on better stories as we speak.

My senseless shorts were more aimed at training my animation skills and finding a workflow I feel at ease with before strating bigger projects.

Stay tuned for the next ones:)

I wasn't expecting to like this

I was thinking oh another terrible sci fi flash
I didn't think much of beauty is humanity it sure looked cool but it lacked a storyline yeah
but this flipped that on it's head the story and paced (if not somewhat slow (the couch scene didn't really work for me)) the humour was good and didn't resort to being crude
my only problem with this was the animation which was a bit chunky and i didn't like the style you use ALOT of gradient and radiant fills and line tools and just simple tweens
I'd like to see some experimentation with varying weights in your lines at least if not use of the brush tool
perhaps each time period could have a different style of animation (prehistoric will be hanna barbera flintstones :P )
I look forward to seeing what you do with this series as it looks promising
flunkedy

vezanmatics responds:

but..but that's my style. and i don't have a pad.

and beauty is humanity did have a storyline, its about our history and future, which is, yes, essentially a giant convoluted story.

and ah yes, you understood the concept behind the humor :D
what i'm trying to do here is see if the NG demographic will respond well to historical and scientific satire rather than cock jokes.

BRUSHIN MAH TEEFS

now i know how to!
whats with the toothbrush brand?
good flash although i felt the voice acting was a tad condescending to children haven't watched sesame street in years but hopefully this gets on

aniforce responds:

The sponsor was Lactona. We had Golgate as a sponsor first, which is a bigger brand. But they bailed out at the last moment. Oh well, their loss now :)

I LOVE THESE

every single one has made me burst out and laugh out load so that everyone gives me weird looks
make more and more and more and more please!!

just2pale responds:

Ha glad you enjoy these - and we will see about more. Maybe.
